Die mit 34 Meilen nur einen Bruchteil der Ursprungsplanung umfassende Strecke wurde 1880 von der Columbia & Greenville RR erworben. Diese wurde später von der Southern Railway „geschluckt“, die die Bahn 1901 als Blue Ridge Railway wieder verselbständigte.
