Die Mittelrheinisch-Nassauische Bauernbank eGmbH brachte 1.000 Aktien der Landwirtschaftlichen Handelszentrale AG in Koblenz ein. Der Bauernbank war jedoch eine Veräußerung dieser Aktien, außer an den Einbringer, untersagt. Im Dez. 1924 ging die AG als Ganzes und mit Ausschluss der Liquidation auf die Landwirtschaftliche Handelszentrale AG in Koblenz über.
