Zwischen Connewitz und Lössnig stellte zu diesem Zweck die Stadt Leipzig ein größeres Bauareal an der bayer. Staatsbahn in Erbpacht zur Verfügung. Die Stadt Leipzig hatte großen Einfluß auf die Gesellschaft (AR-Mitglieder waren überwiegend Stadträte und Oberbürgermeister wie Dittrich), sie garantierte auch für die von der Baugesellschaft aufgenommenen Darlehn.
