Infolge der Weltwirtschaftskrise 1929 Produktionseinstellung, 1932 Betriebsstilllegung und Veräußerung des Maschinenparks. 1935 Gründung der Tochtergesellschaft "Spinnereitechnische GmbH" und Wiederaufnahme des Betriebes, 1938 Rückholung des operativen Geschäfts durch die Muttergesellschaft. Kursnotiz: Freiverkehr Düsseldorf.
