Ihrerseits war die Northern Central beteiligt an der Elmira & Lake Ontario RR (100 %), der Shamokin Valley & Pottsville RR (71 %) und der Union RR of Baltimore (58 %), womit der Ges. auch der ganze von der Pennsylvania RR benutzte Hauptbahnhof in Baltimore gehörte.
