Zehn Fabrikanten trafen sich dazu in der Barmer Gesellschaft Concordia. Der renommierte englische Golfplatzbauer John Stanton Fleming Morrison plante den ursprünglichen Neun-Loch-Platz im Elberfelder Norden auf dem Gelände des Hofes zur Mühlen der alteingesessenen Familie Schniewind. 1958 plante und leitete er auch die erste Erweiterung auf 13 Bahnen. 1963 schließlich wurde der heutige 18-Loch-Platz komplett, dessen oft hängende Bahnen und Greens 2007/08 entschärft wurden. | | Availability: | R 10 | | Condition: | EF+ | | Sold: | unsold |
