Zum Produktionsprogramm gehörten: Lokomotiven, Waggons, Schmalspurbahnen, Dampfschiffe, Lastkähne, Schaufelradbagger, Dampfmaschinen, Pumpen, öl- und gasbetriebene Motoren, Lokomobile, Dampfwalzen, Dampfkessel, Brückenkonstruktionen sowie verschiedenste Halbfabrikate und Schmiedeteile aus Stahl, Gußeisen, Kupfer. 1908 beschäftigte die Fabrik, zu der neben der eigentlichen Maschinenfabrik in Kolomna auch eine Eisengießerei in der Ortschaft Kulebakino im Bezirk Nishnij Nowgorod gehörte, 10.000 Arbeiter.
