Das im Jugendstil nach Plänen der Architekten Schuller und Goldschmidt erbaute Hotel wurde 1911 eröffnet. Anläßlich der Kapitalumstellung auf Lei 1920 umbenannt in “Hotel Krone” AG (“Hotel Coroana” S.p.A.). 1926 wurde das Hotel erweitert und modernisiert und verfügte nun über 200 Komfort-Zimmer. Mit seiner höchsten Ansprüchen genügenden Ausstattung, perfekt geschultem Personal und gehobener Gastronomie zählte das Hotel Krone zu den besten Hotels in ganz Europa - was sich allerdings nach der Verstaatlichung 1948 langsam änderte. | | Specials: | Sehr dekorativ, mit großer fotografischer Ansicht des Hotels.
