Sie sollte nach Glassboro weiterführen, geriet aber in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten. 1883 von der Philadelphia and Reading RR übernommen und als Williamstown and Delaware River RR neu organisiert. 17 Meilen lange Strecke von Atco nach Glassboro’ auf der Halbinsel Vineland an der Delaware Bay in New Jersey.
