Aus der dann aufblühenden Möbelschreinerei entstand 1890 eine Möbelfabrik für polierte Schlafzimmer (1904 eingestellt), danach Bau von Musikautomatengehäusen für die Philips-Werke. Ab 1911 Herstellung von Büromöbeln, seit 1919 auch von Furnieren. 1922 Umwandlung in eine AG, bis zuletzt eine reine Familien-AG der Familie Dichmann. 1972 Umfirmierung in VARIO-WERKE Dichmann AG, 1982 (inzwischen lag der Jahresumsatz bei fast 50 Mio.
