Betrieben wurden Kühlhäuser im Hamburger Freihafen, in Berlin (errichtet 1928, 1946 enteignet) und in Kassel (Neubau 1941, stillgelegt 1951). Die firmeneigenen Kühlwaggons wurden in der Waggonwerkstatt Leipzig instandgehalten. Nach deren Enteignung Verlagerung in die Waggonreparaturanstalt in Wiesenthal/Spessart, wo ab 1950 auch Kühlmöbel hergestellt werden. 1997 Veräußerung der Kühlhausaktivitäten, 1998 Umfirmierung in HBAG Real Estate AG, 2002 mit der traditionsreichen Frankfurter AGIV zur AGIV Real Estate AG fusioniert.
