Nachdem die ebenfalls in Hamburg ansässige Transatlantische Feuer-Versicherungs-AG unter den Schäden des verheerenden Erdbebens in San Francisco zusammenbrach, wurde 1907 deren Versicherungsbestand übernommen. 1913 Fusion mit der Düsseldorfer Feuer-Versicherungs-AG (Name deshalb 1913-23 “ALBINGIA Hamburg-Düsseldorfer Versicherungs-AG”). 1930 übernahm die Guardian Assurance Company, London die Aktienmehrheit und hielt sie viele Jahrzehnte. 1931 Übernahme der Allgemeine Saarländische Versicherungs-AG, Saarbrücken. 1953 Übernahme der “Terra” Lebensversicherungs-AG in Berlin, die daraufhin in ALBINGIA Lebensversicherungs-AG umbenannt wurde. 2000 Verschmelzung mit der AXA Colonia Versicherungen, der heutigen AXA Konzern AG. | | Availability: | R 10 | | Condition: | UNC-EF | | Sold: | 80,00 EUR |
