Das Stammkapital wurde mit 0,5 Mio. Mark festgesetzt. Gegenstand des Unternehmens war die Herstellung und der Vertrieb von Kraftfutter in Italien unter dem Markennamen “Melolina” nach den italienischen Patenten Nr. 62624 und 62625 des Kaufmanns Rudolph Schrader in Hamburg; ferner der Handel mit anderen Futtermitteln.
