Bermann GmbH”, die außer Pachtverträgen für Naphtafelder, auch Beteiligungen an Kaligewerkschaften besaß sowie die Berechtigungen der Thüringischen Gewerkschaft Valesca. Betrieb von Bankgeschäften aller Art, insbesondere die Erwerbung oder Pachtung von Terrains und von Bergbauberechtigungen sowie Vornahme von Bohrungen, Beteiligungen an Pipe-lines und Gesellschaften zur Exploitation von Naphtafeldern. Die Investitionen in Tustanovice (Galizien) waren nicht sehr erfolgreich, die Bohranteile Berolina, Naphtagrube Java, Borneo Oil City, Minerva und Kismet produzierten laufend nur Verluste, so daß 1925 die Liquidation der Gesellschaft aufgrund einer Unterbilanz beschloßen wurde.
