Später als Altenaer gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft AG firmierend. 1941 wurden im Zuge der Neuorganisation der gemeinnützigen Wohnungsunternehmen die Spar- und Bauverein GmbH sowie die Gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde GmbH übernommen. Bis 1942 baute die Gesellschaft 364 Häuser mit 1.320 Wohnungen. 1990 Umbenennung in Altenaer Baugesellschaft AG.
