Innerhalb von 20 Jahren entwickelte sich die Firma zum größten Transmissions-Werk in Europa. Nach 1945 wurden produziert: Transmissionsanlagen, Gleitlager, Kupplungen, Zahnradgetriebe, Erdölfeld-Einrichtungen, Gießerei-Anlagen sowie Schleif- und Poliermaschinen. 1975 Produktionseinstellung, Teile des Produktionsprogramms und der Werke wurden von der MAN-Tochter Zahnräderfabrik RENK AG in Augsburg (als Zweigwerk Hannover) und der Roland Offsetmaschinenfabrik Faber & Schleicher AG in Offenbach (heute MAN Roland) übernommen.
