Im Jahr 1911 erfolgte eine Kapitalerhöhung um 525.000 Mark. 1925 Umstellung im Verhältnis 10:7 auf 1.529.500 RM. Am 14.11.1928 Umbenennung in Kleinbahn-AG Frankfurt a.M. - Königstein. Aktionäre waren nach dem II. Weltkrieg das Land Hessen (88%), die Stadtgemeinde Frankfurt (4,6%), der Main-Taunus-Kreis (6%) und der Obertaunuskreis (1,4%). Seit 1974 Betriebsführung durch die Bundesbahn. 1983 in Frankfurt-Königsteiner Eisenbahn AG umfirmiert.
