Als Spezialunternehmen der chemischen Industrie eine der bekanntesten deutschen Firmen auf dem Gebiet der natürlichen und künstlichen Riechstoffe sowie der natürlichen ätherischen Öle und spirituösen Essenzen. Werke in Leipzig und Riesa-Gröba. Eigene Blumenkulturen auf 75.000 qm Ländereien sowie deutsche und französische Blütenextrakte dienten der Rohstoffversorgung. Der Firmeninhaber Heine war einer der Mäzene der Weltsprache Esperanto. Börsennotiz Berlin und Leipzig. 1954 Umwandlung in eine KG. 1972 verstaatlicht und als VEB Aromatic Leipzig fortgeführt.
