Die Reederei befuhr alle wichtigen Hafenplätze der Ost- und Nordsee, u.a. St. Petersburg, Reval, Helsingfors, Stockholm, Königsberg, Danzig, London, Lübeck. 1923 reorganisiert zu Stettiner Dampfer-Compagnie. Tochter-Ges. war die Deutsche Orient-Linie, die regelmäßige Linien in den Orient unterhielt. Bis zum 1. WK besaß die Ges. 22 Dampfer. 1924 Poolgemeinschaft mit der HAPAG und der Roland-Linie, Betriebsführung bei der Deutschen Levante-Linie GmbH.
