Daneben Verwaltung eigener Immobilien, 1925 Bau eines an die Ufa verpachteten Kinos im Ausschankgebäude an der Schönhauser Allee (Zwischenzeitlich der von der FDJ betriebene Jugendclub Erich Franz).
