(9 Meilen). 1874 wurden die New Bedford RR und die Taunton Branch RR zusammengeschlossen zur New Bedford RR. Die Bahn wurde verpachtet an die Boston, Clinton & Fitchburg RR und 1876 fusionierten die beiden Bahnen zur Boston, Clinton, Fitchburg & New Bedford RR.
