Die AG machte ihren Aktionären mit mehreren Kapitalschnitten und meist dividendenlosen Abschlüssen nie richtig Freude. 1944 wurden der Königshof und der Stadtgarten bei Luftangriffen zerstört, 1954-56 wieder aufgebaut und die Gesellschaft in "Königshof AG" umbenannt. Heute zum Schmunzeln eine Notiz im Geschäftsbericht 1945: “Beschlagnahme des Ausweichbetriebes Anfang März. Durch Beanspruchung seitens der amerikanischen Besatzungsmacht wurden der Gesellschaft die nicht unerheblichen Bestände der Weinhandlung entzogen, wodurch die letzte Grundlage für gewinnbringende Betätigung verlorenging.” Seit Januar 2003 wird das Hotel Königshof von Althoff Hotels & Residences betrieben. | | Specials: | Hübsche Umrandung, viele Umstellungs-Stempel. | | Availability: | R 7 | | Condition: | EF-VF | | Sold: | unsold |
