Die Größe der Gerechtsame betrug 17 Maximalfelder mit 2 Förderschächten, in denen jährlich ca. 450.000 t Fettkohle gefördert wurde. Dazu kamen Koksöfen, Ammoniak-, Teer- und Benzolfabriken sowie Ziegeleibetrieb. Gesamtbelegschaft zwischen 1911 und 1924 ca. 1500 bis 3100 Mann.
