Gegründet 1873 und in Personalunion mit der „Horse Insurance Co.“ geführt. Bei Ausgabe dieser Aktie liefen 411 zu 80 % eingezahlte shares um, weitere 1015 waren von ihren Besitzern freiwillig gleich voll eingezahlt worden.
