Dickson mit einem Kapital von 75.000 $ gegründet. Im Jahr 1913 erreichte man eine Produktionskapazität von 400 Rädern täglich. Überwiegend wurde der amerikanische und mexikanische Markt beliefert. Der mexikanische Markt wohl überwiegend deswegen, weil George Dickson dort lebte und über entsprechende Kontakte verfügte. Am 23.12.1931 kam das Unternehmen als Tochtergesellschaft zur Pullman Car & Manufacturing Corp. (Delaware), gleichzeit übertrug die Pullman Car & Manufacturing Corp. (Illinois) all ihre Aktivposten auf das Werk in Delaware.
