Die Röchling'sche Eisen- und Stahlwerke GmbH in Völklingen/Saar und die Buderus'sche Eisenwerke AG in Wetzlar hielten je 50 % der Anteile dieser Firma, in die Röchling sein Stahlwerk in Dorsten und Buderus seine seit 1914 betriebene Stahlproduktion einbrachten. Dem heutigen Elektro-Stahlwerk sind ein Walzwerk, ein Hammer- und Preßwerk sowie ein Kaltwalzwerk mit Zieherei angeschlossen. 1966 Umfirmierung in Edelstahlwerke Buderus AG, nachdem die damals zur Friedrich Flick KG gehörende Buderus’sche Eisenwerke in Wetzlar alle 20 Aktien im Nennwert von je 1 Mio. DM besaß. 1978 übernahm die Feldmühle Nobel AG (die ihrerseits 97,9 % an Buderus besaß) via Kapitalerhöhung 38,5 % des nun in 65 Stücke zu 500.000 DM eingeteilten Kapitals, seit 1992 ist die Buderus AG wieder Alleinaktionär. | | Specials: | Außergewöhnliche Umrahmung mit Brezel-Girlanden | | Availability: | R 9 | | Condition: | EF-VF | | Sold: | unsold |
