Versorgungsgebiet war die Stadt Senftenberg mit damals 18500 Einwohnern. Sowohl an die Gasversorgung wie auch an die Stromversorgung (mit Fremdstrombezug von der Niederlausitzer Ueberlandcentrale GmbH, Calau) waren 90 % aller Haushalte der Stadt angeschlossen. Großaktionär der mit 20 Beschäftigten sehr überschaubaren AG war die Stadt Senftenberg. Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg zunächst von der sowjetischen Besatzungsmacht beschlagnahmt, zuletzt dann Teil des VEB Gebäudewirtschaft Senftenberg.
