Besitz der Plantage "El Porvenir", Guatemala (Kaffee) und der Zuckerrohrplantage "La Esperanza". 1922 wurde das Grundeigentum der Ges. in Guatemala mit Zubehör an die Central-American Plantations-Corp. verkauft. Die Ges. hat ihre koloniale Tätigkeit am 26.3.1925 durch Übernahme der Pflanzung Likomba im britischen Mandatsgebiet von Kamerun wieder aufnehmen können. Dieser Besitz, ein Teil der früheren Pflanzung der Familie Woermann, erstreckte sich vom Ombefluss im Westen bis zum schiffbaren Mungofluss im Osten (ca. 6000 ha). Eine Eisenbahn in Länge von ca. 8 km verband den Haupthof von Likomba mit dem Tiko-Pier, an dem Seeschiffe bis zu 6000 t anlegen konnten. Likomba ist durch gute Autostrassen mit dem Seehafen Victoria und der Gebirgsstadt Buea verbunden.
