Die Gesellschaft plante den Bau einer Eisenbahn von Verona nach Aneona (heute Ancona, damals ein Freihafen am adriatischen Meer) mit Abzweigen nach Ferrara und Recanati. Allein die Hauptstrecke wäre 370 km lang gewesen, ein für die damalige Zeit doch etwas zu kühnes Unterfangen.
