Eskompte-Gesellschaft als Philipp Coburg’sche Berg- und Hüttenwerke AG. 1916 Erwerb sämtlicher Kuxe der Heinzelmannschen Eisenwerk-Gewerkschaft. In Trnava (Türnau) wurde dann ein groß angelegtes Stahl- und Walzwerk (seit Dez. 1917 in Betrieb) errichtet und die Erste ungarische Schraubenfabrik AG durch Fusion übernommen. Die Budapester Anlage wurde an die Brevellier & Co. und an die Urban & Söhne verkauft. 1921 geriet das Unternehmen in Zahlungsschwierigkeiten und meldete Vergleich an. Die angebotene 40%ige Quote (garantiert von der schweiz. Mannesmann-Gruppe) angenommen. 1924 war das Unternehmen erfolgreich saniert. | | Specials: | Dreisprachig tschechisch/deutsch/ungarisch.
