Sie ging 1885 pleite (ein Schicksal, das vor ihr bereits 18 andere Banken in Memphis erlitten hatten) und wurde als German Bank of Memphis reorganisiert. 1897 trat sie in freiwillige Liquidation. | | Specials: | Vignette mit Eisenbahn auf einer Brücke, im Vordergrund wird im Fluß eine Viehherde getränkt, Nebenvignette mit Symbolen von Agriculture und Commerce.
