Diese geriet jedoch in Konkurs und wurde 1904 als Bethlehem Steel Shipbuilding neugegründet, zugehörig zu dem weitgrößten Stahlkonzern der USA. 1936 Fusion mit der Kalman Steel Corp., der Bethlehem Mines Corp. und der Union Iron Works Co. | | Specials: | Orange/schwarzer Stahlstich mit Abb. des Schlachtschiffes Oregon.
