Diese Ges. kämpfte mit der „Huntington Belt Line“ um die Vorherrschaft, was beide in die roten Zahlen trieb. 1900 erkannte der Geschäftsmann Z. T. Vinson das Potential, wenn man beide Ges. fusionieren würde. Er führte beide Linien zur „Ohio Valley Electric Ry.“ zusammen und gewann Senator Johnson M. Camden als Finanzier, um weitere kleine Bahnen aufzukaufen. Schlechte Auslastung an Wochenenden war damals das Problem aller Straßenbahnen. Um die Wagen auch am Wochenende zu füllen gründeten Vinson und Camden 1902 etwas westlich von Huntington den „Camden Park“, bis heute der einzige Vergnügungspark in West Virginia und einer der ältesten überhaupt in den Vereinigten Staaten.
