Die probehalber errichteten Villen wurden 1874 veräußert. Ein Antrag an die Generalversammlung auf Auflösung der Gesellschaft kam nicht durch. 1882-85 wurden wieder Häuser gebaut und bei deren Verkauf auch eigene Aktien in Zahlung genommen.
