Werke in Karlsruhe, Wittenau, Lübeck und Warthegau. Neben Waffen und Munition wurden Werkzeugmaschinen, Lokomotiven, Eisenbahnwagen, Kessel, chemische Großapparate und Eisenkonstruktionen hergestellt. Das Unternehmen beherrschte zu der Zeit der Großindustrielle Günther Quandt. 1949/54 Umfirmierung in Industrie-Werke Karlsruhe AG (IWKA), 2005/06 nach Konzentration auf das Hauptgeschäft Industrieroboter umbenannt in KUKA AG.
