Der Kino-Neubau stand gerade einmal 20 Jahre, dann wurde er 1970 wieder abgebrochen. Ebenfalls abgebrochen wurde ein Teil des Gebäudes Königstraße 4, um Platz für ein neues Kaufhaus der Kaufhof AG zu schaffen. Über 80 % der Aktien besaß die Stadt Stuttgart. 1973 Abschluß eines Beherrschungsvertrages mit der Geschäftsbauten GmbH, 1986 Verschmelzung auf die Industriehof-AG (eine der drei sogenannten “Bahnhofsplatz-Gesellschaften” in Stuttgart). | | Availability: | Eine der größten Raritäten unter den DM-Aktien.
