Diese brachte die bisher in städtischer Verwaltung befindlichen Umschlagstellen in die neue AG ein, insbesondere Grundstücke in Seeben, Halle und Trotha, mit einer Gesamtfläche von 410.000 qm. 1930 wurde noch ein Grundstück in Trotha von rund 187.000 qm durch die Stadt eingebracht. Zweck der Gesellschaft war vor allem die Förderung der Saaleflußschifffahrt, Bau von Uferanlagen und Umschlagseinrichtungen. 1993 bekommt die Stadt Halle den Hafen Halle-Trotha zurückübertragen und gründet die Hafen Halle GmbH als Betreibergesellschaft. | | Specials: | Ausgestellt auf die Stadt Halle.
