Bis Kriegsende auch an der Flockenbast AG, Plauen i.V. mehrheitlich beteiligt. 1967 Tausch der Anteile an der Süddeutschen Chemiefaser AG, Kelheim in Hoechst-Aktien. 1981 ging die in München börsennotierte AG in Vergleich, 1984 Betriebsstilllegung und Angebot an die Kleinaktionäre zum Aktienumtausch in Aktien der Neue Baumwoll-Spinnerei & Weberei Hof AG, 1985 übernimmt der Textilunternehmer Claas E.
