Der Mehrheitsaktionär (Blumenberg-Konzern) wurde in der Weltwirtschaftskrise schwach, woraufhin Commerzbank, Deutsche und Dresdner Bank die Mehrheit an der in Berlin und Breslau börsennotierten Ges. übernahmen. Im Betrieb waren zuletzt aufgestellt 14.000 Flachsspindeln und 530 mech.
