Rückseitig übertragen auf Jay Gould. Vorderseitig original signiert von H. G. Marquand als Vizepräsident. Henry Gurdon Marquand (1819-1902), großer Wall Street-Investor, kaufte 1874 die St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway, die er bis 1881 als Vizepräsident und danach ein Jahr als Präsident leitete, bis er von Jay Golud ausgespielt wurde, der die Bahn für seine Missouri Pacific brauchte.
