Zu dem Grundstück am späteren Arnulf-Klett-Platz wurde 1932 von der “Grundstück-AG am neuen Bahnhof” deren Teil am geschichtsträchtigen Hindenburgbau hinzuerworben (wo dann 1970 ein Kaufhof-Warenhaus errichtet wurde). Ein anderer Teil des Grundbesitzes wurde schon in den Anfangsjahren an die “Württ. AG für Bauausführungen” in Erbpacht gegeben und mit dem “Universum”-Lichtspieltheater überbaut. Mehrheitsaktionär der noch heute bestehenden AG ist die Schwesterfirma Industriehof AG.
