Kayser, Ahlemeyer & Co. in Berlin-Moabit als Metallhüttenwerk zur Verhüttung von Gold-, Silber- und Bleirückständen, AG seit 1911. 1906 Errichtung einer neuen Fabrik in Oranienburg (Kupfer-, Blei- und Zinnhütte). 1913-16 Bau einer zweiten Fabrik in Lünen bei Dortmund. 1929 Fusion mit der Hüttenwerk Niederschöneweide AG. 1948/49 entschädigungslose Enteignung der Werke Oranienburg und Niederschöneweide sowie der Aluminiumschmelze in Schönebeck bei Magdeburg. 1955 Sitzverlegung nach Lünen i.W., wo die Ges. eine Sekundär-Kupferhütte betreibt.
