Die Gesellschaft erwarb die Grundstücke Neumarkt/Kupfergasse/Magazingasse und errichtete dort das Geschäftshaus "Handelsstätte Dresdner Hof". 1931 Erwerb der gesamten Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Messpalastes Dresdner Hof. Zu DDR-Zeiten lag die AG in Ohnmacht, wurde aber 1993 mit Feststellung der DM-Eröffnungsbilanz und Umstellung des Grundkapitals von RM auf DM wieder reaktiviert durch die Berliner Unternehmensgruppe Dr. Jürgen Hanne. Das ehemaligen Messehaus wurde zu einer Seniorenwohnanlage umgebaut. Im Mai 1999 Konkurs.
