Die Fabrik mit 600 Webstühlen produzierte jährlich bis zu 2,5 Mio. Pfund engl. Garn und 7 Mio. Meter Stoffe. 1916 Sanierung der Gesellschaft. 1921 Interessengemeinschaft mit der Dresdner Gardinen- und Spitzenmanufaktur AG (diese war dann auch Großaktionär). Notierte im Freiverkehr der Börsen Leipzig, Dresden und Chemnitz. 1932 als eines der unzähligen Opfer der Weltwirtschaftskrise in Konkurs gegangen Ab 1934 führte als Auffanggesellschaft die Weißthaler Spinnerei AG den Betrieb weiter.
