Von den Terrains in den Gemeinden Rudow und Bohnsdorf trat die Gesellschaft 16 ha an den Kreis Teltow zum Bau des Teltow-Kanals ab, so daß der Kanal hinterher die Terrains der Gesellschaft durchschnitt und sich aufgrund der guten Infrastruktur leicht Interessenten finden ließen. 1906 wurde auch das zum Rittergut Rudow gehörende Gelände aufgekauft. Nach dem Krieg neben der Verwaltung des Rudower Grundbesitzes 1972 Bau eines Motels in Odelzhausen sowie Erwerb von Immobilien in Hambühren, Peine, Heide, Bad Vilbel und Minden.
